# Tenderline > UK procurement intelligence. The public platform is a procurement knowledge graph built from official open data, with competition and price context wherever the published record holds enough evidence. Tenderline is a UK procurement intelligence company. Its public platform normalises, links and enriches official UK procurement data (Find a Tender today; further sources being added) into an evergreen knowledge graph: tenders, planning notices, contracting authorities, awarded suppliers, lots and awards, with the competition context a bid team needs (typical bids per lot, award vs estimate, who wins, contract expiry, similar open opportunities) shown where enough published evidence exists; thin records say so instead of guessing. Structured access for people and AI agents; the counting rules are public at /methodology. ## Core Documentation & Specs - [Full Machine Specification](https://tenderline.uk/llms-full.txt): Complete LLM guide, data schemas, API specifications, and database entity relationships - [Live Tenders RSS Feed](https://tenderline.uk/feeds/tenders.rss): Continuously updated XML RSS feed of active tender notices with publication and deadline timestamps - [Planning Pipeline RSS Feed](https://tenderline.uk/feeds/planning.rss): Continuously updated XML RSS feed of pipeline, PME and planned-procurement notices (early market signals) - [Contract Awards RSS Feed](https://tenderline.uk/feeds/awards.rss): Continuously updated XML RSS feed of recently awarded UK public contracts - [Root Sitemap](https://tenderline.uk/sitemap.xml): the main hub pages. Syntax: `"exact phrase"`, `cleaning OR catering`, `software -consultancy`, `govern*`. - `stage=`: `open` (default: notices that still accept a response: a deadline ahead, or no deadline on a non-planning notice its publisher updated within the last 12 months), `planning` (planned / pre-market notices), `awards`, `contracts`, `all`. - `cpv=`: CPV code or prefix, 2–8 digits (`72`, `7226`, `72260000`). `region=`: delivery region ITL1 code (`UKI` London, `UKM` Scotland, …). - `closing=` `2d|7d|14d|30d` · `value=` `lt25k|25k-100k|100k-500k|500k-1m|1m-10m|gt10m` · `smeOnly=true` · `vehicle=` `framework|dps|contract`. - `sort=` `relevance|published|deadline|expected|newest|value`. Default: relevance with keywords; otherwise newly published (live), tender expected soonest (planning), newest (other tabs). - A notice id (`ocds-h6vhtk-06e968`) or the short id in our titles (`#06e968`) opens that tender directly. Every tender page has a Markdown twin: append `.md` to its URL. ## Key CPV Sectors (Markdown Dossiers) - [Construction Work (CPV 45)](https://tenderline.uk/sectors/construction-civil-engineering-45000000): Building construction, civil engineering, and trade works ([Markdown](https://tenderline.uk/sectors/construction-civil-engineering-45000000.md)) - [IT & Software Services (CPV 72)](https://tenderline.uk/sectors/it-services-software-72000000): Software development, systems consulting, and cloud infrastructure ([Markdown](https://tenderline.uk/sectors/it-services-software-72000000.md)) - [Health & Social Work (CPV 85)](https://tenderline.uk/sectors/health-social-care-85000000): NHS clinical, social care, and welfare services ([Markdown](https://tenderline.uk/sectors/health-social-care-85000000.md)) - [Business Services & Consultancy (CPV 79)](https://tenderline.uk/sectors/business-services-consultancy-79000000): Legal, management consulting, recruitment, and security ([Markdown](https://tenderline.uk/sectors/business-services-consultancy-79000000.md)) - [Transport & Logistics (CPV 60)](https://tenderline.uk/sectors/transport-passenger-services-60000000): Passenger transport, freight, and fleet management ([Markdown](https://tenderline.uk/sectors/transport-passenger-services-60000000.md)) - [Architectural & Engineering (CPV 71)](https://tenderline.uk/sectors/architecture-engineering-71000000): Architectural design, technical testing, and surveyor services ([Markdown](https://tenderline.uk/sectors/architecture-engineering-71000000.md)) ## Major Regional Procurement Hubs - [Greater London](https://tenderline.uk/regions/london): London Boroughs, GLA, TfL, and metropolitan spend ([Markdown](https://tenderline.uk/regions/london.md)) - [South East England](https://tenderline.uk/regions/south-east): Regional county councils, unitaries, and healthcare trusts ([Markdown](https://tenderline.uk/regions/south-east.md)) - [North West England](https://tenderline.uk/regions/north-west): Greater Manchester, Merseyside, and regional public buyers ([Markdown](https://tenderline.uk/regions/north-west.md)) - [Scotland](https://tenderline.uk/regions/scotland): Scottish Government, NHS Scotland health boards, and local authorities ([Markdown](https://tenderline.uk/regions/scotland.md)) - [Yorkshire and The Humber](https://tenderline.uk/regions/yorkshire-and-the-humber): Regional councils, police and fire authorities ([Markdown](https://tenderline.uk/regions/yorkshire-and-the-humber.md)) ## Major E-Sourcing Portals & Gateway Intelligence - [Atamis (Health Family)](https://tenderline.uk/platforms/atamis): Primary submission gateway for NHS trusts and Department of Health & Social Care ([Markdown](https://tenderline.uk/platforms/atamis.md)) - [Delta eSourcing](https://tenderline.uk/platforms/delta-esourcing): Official gateway used across local government and education ([Markdown](https://tenderline.uk/platforms/delta-esourcing.md)) - [Proactis](https://tenderline.uk/platforms/proactis): Leading municipal, university, and housing association portal ([Markdown](https://tenderline.uk/platforms/proactis.md)) - [In-Tend](https://tenderline.uk/platforms/in-tend): Major higher education, municipal and blue-light tendering portal ([Markdown](https://tenderline.uk/platforms/in-tend.md)) - [JAGGAER](https://tenderline.uk/platforms/jaggaer): Central government, defence, and large public body e-tendering system ([Markdown](https://tenderline.uk/platforms/jaggaer.md)) ## Dynamic Purchasing Systems (DPS) & Framework Navigation - **DPS vs Standard Tenders:** Dynamic Purchasing Systems admit suppliers throughout their published period. Tenderline lists one as open while its published deadline is ahead or, without a deadline, while its publisher keeps the notice updated (within 12 months). In Tenderline markdown and JSON, DPS procedures are explicitly tagged (`commercial_vehicle: "dps"`, `is_dps: true`) and turnover benchmarks reflect individual task-order ceilings rather than notional multi-billion framework aggregates. - **Contract Expiry Horizons:** Retender Radar (`/retenders`) and buyer profiles list published contracts ending in the coming months where an end date is published; an ending contract is a signal, not a promise that a new tender will be issued. ## Data Model & Markdown Mirror - [Markdown Mirror Documentation](https://tenderline.uk/llms-full.txt#markdown-mirror): Append `.md` or send HTTP header `Accept: text/markdown` to any tender (`/tenders/{slug}.md`), buyer (`/buyers/{slug}.md`), supplier (`/suppliers/{slug}.md`), CPV sector (`/sectors/{slug}.md`), region (`/regions/{slug}.md`), portal (`/platforms/{slug}.md`), or market insights (`/market-insights.md`) URL for structured, distraction-free markdown. - [Public Machine API](https://tenderline.uk/api/public/tenders/ocds-h6vhtk-050df9): Query `/api/public/tenders/{ocid}` for official OCDS-linked procurement JSON with lot breakdowns, winner identities, award values, and source provenance. - **Edge Caching:** `.md` mirrors and public JSON endpoints are cacheable at the edge (`Cache-Control: public, s-maxage=3600..86400`); please reuse cached copies rather than refetching. - [Open Government Licence v3.0](https://www.nationalarchives.gov.uk/doc/open-government-licence/version/3/): Data licensing and crown copyright attribution
