Chorley Council invited tenders for the fixed cost and design of the residential development of Bengal Street, Chorley. This will consist of a mix of 1 & 2 bedroom apartments and/or maisonettes, plus several townhouses subject to site capacity. There will be a minimum of 62 new homes with scope for more depending on site capacity and the development economics.
