Risks

1)The supplier is unable to provide effective support for the CRM, resulting in system instability or ongoing issues that impact Ofgem’s administration of the NDRHI scheme.

2)There is a risk that as the CRM is a Microsoft product, platform level incidents affecting the Dynamics 365 CRM, which are outside the control of both Ofgem and the supplier, may impact system performance and the supplier’s ability to meet contractual obligations.
