489 care hours per week including 7 residents requiring 2:1 calls day and night

Current contract arrangement: 24/7 coverage, amalgamated contract with St Bede’s

• St Bede’s (MK40)

104 units (51 units are affordable rent with the remainder privately-owned units)

212 care hours per week including 2 residents requiring 2:1 calls day and night

Current contract arrangement: 24/7 coverage, amalgamated contract with Gordon Collings House

• Wootton Vale (MK43)

55 units

445 care hours per week including 6 residents requiring 2:1 calls day and night

Current contract arrangement: 24/7 coverage, Individual contract

• Sir William Harpur House (MK41)

37 units

179 care hours per hour including 1 residents requiring 2:1 calls day

Current contract arrangement: 7am-10pm coverage, individual contract
