Extreme urgency brought about by events unforeseeable for the contracting authority/entity and in accordance with the strict conditions stated in the directive

Published justification

The issue of the outstanding remaining order under the previous framework held by CG Power Belgium, now acquired by Pauwels Transformers NV. Contract Award Notice number: 2019/S 212-521169 is now in place for all new orders following the completion of the new procurement process.
