The purpose of this project is to procure a comprehensive solution to support the operation and management of Durham Key Options, the Choice-Based Lettings (CBL) scheme used to advertise and allocate social rented homes across the county. The scheme enables properties from the local authority housing register and a range of partner landlords to be let transparently and efficiently. Collectively, partners within the scheme manage approximately 40,000 homes.

What this means for your bid
  • Price carries 35 of 100 points: a 10% discount moves about 3.5 points. The method statement decides this lot, not the discount.

Price arithmetic assumes straight proportional scoring; the tender pack may use another formula.
