This includes group support and one-to-one support provided in the community from a building base. Examples of one-to-one support include travel training, support with work and volunteering opportunities. Lot #2Managed Personal AssistantsAwardedRenewalceiling above
The Provider will manage individual PAs with a view to the person managing their own PA(s) in the future. The Provider is asked to supply an appropriate PA and manage the recruitment, employment and support of that employee on behalf of the person in need of support. PAs are not expected to deliver personal care. This is on a one-to-one basis and is not offered as a group option. The PA cannot facilitate a group.
