Under current timelines and urgent need, there were no other opportunities to enter into an agreement to bring forward an affordable housing development on brownfield land with planning permission at a similar scale and pace.
Moving forward the Council will continue to engage with developers in the area seeking opportunities on a continuous market Engagement basis.
