Published justification: NMNI will rely on a derogation in this case (specifically Reg .32 2 b ii and iii) due to technical reasons as Genus IT is the sole UK Zeutschel and SMA products distributor of these highly specialised book and optical zoom scanners which will allow for extremely detailed image capture.
