Defra have made several modifications to the contract which has increased the total value of the contract/lot to £9,253,267.94. All contract modifications were/are based on the original scope set out in the contract notice (https://ted.europa.eu/udl?uri=TED:NOTICE:341849-2017:TEXT:EN:HTML&src=0).<br/><br/>Defra wishes to declare that the cumulative final value of this contract is anticipated to be £9,253,267.94, with the contract expiring no later than 30th June 2024.<br/><br/>For information, a replacement contract was competitively procured in 2022 as set out in the contract award notice (https://www.find-tender.service.gov.uk/Notice/033549-2022)., Need for additional works, services or supplies by the original contractor/concessionaire: This Modification Notice is being published in the interests of transparency. It is Defra's view that any additional services awarded under this contract were consistent with the overall nature of the original contract notice.
