Published requirement description

London's VRU are seeking to commission an Evaluation and Learning Partner for the Difference Matters (DM) programme. This evaluation aims to assess both the implementation and impact of the DM programme in fostering positive outcomes for pupils and schools. It will examine how the programme is delivered, its effectiveness, and its contribution to individual and organisational change. The evaluation will also promote cross-borough learning by identifying and sharing best practice, producing accessible resources, and supporting knowledge exchange to strengthen the programme's long-term impact and sustainability.

The value of the contract is £150,000, duration of 24 months from the contract date; estimated commencement date June 2025.

Deadline for submission of tenders is the 28th May 2025 by 12pm, tenders should only be submitted via Delta.

What this means for your bid
  • Price carries 35 of 100 points: a 10% discount moves about 3.5 points. The method statement decides this lot, not the discount.

Price arithmetic assumes straight proportional scoring; the tender pack may use another formula.
