Published requirement descriptionNorth Lanarkshire Council (the "Council") propose to establish a Framework with a sole Contractor who will undertake a specialist information and advice service, that will provide one to one support for Persons in North Lanarkshire who are considering or are currently utilising Self Directed Support option 1 (direct payment) for the delivery of their care and support.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT: The Contractor will be independent and not be involved in the direct delivery of services which supports the employment of staff.
