- Price carries 50 of 100 points: a 10% discount moves about 5 points. This one is won on the number: sharpen the price before polishing the prose.
- “Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the Supply of Antibiotics and IV…” is a dynamic market: the contest is a place on its panel, not a single contract.
Price arithmetic assumes straight proportional scoring; the tender pack may use another formula.

Publisher note: Value – in accordance with regulation 50(2) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, the Contracting Authority is publishing the range of the values of the tenders considered for this procurement, being £[lowest] - £[highest]. In section V of the CAN, the individual contracts awarded in this procurement give a nominal value because this is a technical requirement of the Atamis platform. The resulting products delivered against the contract(s) may be made available to the UK Devolved Administrations, Crown Dependencies and British Overseas Territories.
