Published justification: This contract has been awarded following a further competition conducted under an established Dynamic Purchasing System in accordance with Regulation 34 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. All suppliers admitted to the relevant category of the Dynamic Purchasing System were invited to participate in the further mini competition in accordance with the rules of the Dynamic Purchasing System.

Publisher note: This contract is via a mini competition from TfGM's Non-Franchised Bus and DRT Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS). This DPS is a PCR 2015 compliant electronic procurement system through which suitably qualified transport operators are admitted to relevant Lots. New operators can apply to join throughout the life of the DPS. When TfGM has a specific requirement, all eligible operators within the relevant Lot are invited to participate in a mini competition, with the contract awarded following evaluation of the submitted tenders, award based on lowest compliant price.
