ELFT require Provider(s) to focus resources on children and young people with the highest risk of multiple inequalities.<br/>Provider(s) will need to ensure inclusive support with minimal exceptions or exclusions, including adapting support for those with Neuro-Developmental Difficulties (NDD) including Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Learning Difficulties, and other groups such as Looked After and Adopted Children (LAAC) and LGBTQ+ young people.<br/>Children with moderate to severe special educational needs are currently outside the scope of this contract.
