Maintenance and support for Facial Recognition Software for previously purchased perpetual licenses.
The Software licenses were purchased previously through an Open procedure.To maintain the current perpetual licenses, maintenance and support services are required from the manufacturer of the software.
The Contract will be for a three year period.

Reg 32.2(b)(ii) - The protection of exclusive rights, including intellectual property rights.
Due to propriety licenses , only the software manufacturer can provide the support and maintenance required.
