- Change The parties have agreed a modification of the existing contract by way of an increase of 50% of the awarded contract value to allow the current contractual arrangements to remain in place., Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee: The impact of the global COVID-19 pandemic has resulted in an unprecedented uptake in the demand for sports equipment.
