    • Change The parties have agreed a modification of the existing contract by way of an increase of 50% of the awarded contract value to allow the current contractual arrangements to remain in place., Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee: The impact of the global COVID-19 pandemic has resulted in an unprecedented uptake in the demand for outdoor furniture. This could not have been reasonably foreseen by the EANI. This modification is required to allow the contract to continue uninterrupted.
