Publisher note: It is a requirement of this contract that the Tenderer ensures that whosoever provides the work on his behalf has all required licences, insurances to specified level or is covered by the Contractors own insurance to specified level. In addition the Contractor must ensure that any driver engaged for the purposes of performing this contract has the appropriate PVG check undertaken and is deemed by the Contractor to be appropriate to provide this service. The Tenderer must be a member of Falkirk Council Eco Stars Taxi Scheme. (SC Ref:667511)
