- Quality: Suppliers will be assessed against the stated requirements and quality criteria. Responses to procurement questions will be evaluated using a weighted assessment methodology, with clarification sought where required. Quality scores will contribute to the final assessment and supplier selection. The successful supplier will be the organisation that best demonstrates its ability to meet Clarion's requirements and deliver the required outcomes.
- Price: Pricing submissions will be evaluated as part of the overall assessment process. Suppliers will be assessed on the competitiveness, transparency and affordability of their pricing proposal. Price scores will be determined using the published evaluation methodology and combined with the outcomes of the quality assessment to identify the most advantageous tender. The final supplier selection will be based on the overall weighted evaluation.
