The Council, working in partnership with Lovell Partnerships Ltd, will be constructing 47 flats at St Edmunds Terrace and 32 flats at Southend Road, both in Hunstanton. The Council is inviting experienced sales agents to tender for the provision of a sales agency service to sell the proposed dwellings.

Contract period: 1 Oct 2021 – 30 Sept 2023 (2 yrs)
Delivery: East of England · North and West Norfolk
Extensions: The Council may at its sole discretion, by written notice during a period between 1 and 3 months prior to the expiry date, offer to the Agent an extension, or series of extensions, of up to one year in total.Variant bids: not allowed
