The Public Contract Regulations 2015 provide for aggrieved parties who have. been harmed or are at risk of harm by a breach of the rules to take action in the High Court (England, Wales and Northern Ireland). The. authority will incorporate a standstill period (i.e. a minimum of 10 calendar days) before this contract is awarded.

- Change This modification is for the provision of additional licences., Need for additional works, services or supplies by the original contractor/concessionaire: The Contracting Authority will be replying on Regulation 72(1)(b) this is on the basis that additional licences which were not considered necessary at the time of procurement, are now required due to an increasing number of projects which require support for image anonymisation and classification of point clouds. This will ensure continued optimum data capture for the remainder of the term of the contract, without any income loss for LPS and with full GDPR compliance.
