The period of the contract is 6 months with the option extend for a further 6 months. This Contract has been awarded under the urgent circumstances provision of the Provider Selection Regime (PSR) to address immediate risks to safety and quality of care. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations (PCR) 2015 do not apply to this award The value of the Contract is upto £50,000.00.
