CCS will be creating a supply market that enables the procurement of learning and skills requirements, across all ages to support the development of the skills they require to progress into, or within, work; or to equip them for an apprenticeship and/or other tertiary qualifications.
The new agreement will provide a route to market for Learning and Skills provision across Mayoral Combined Authorities, Devolved Administrations, Local Authorities, Educational Institutions and Central Government Departments.

Publisher note: This Prior Information Notice is to: ● Give advance notice that Crown Commercial Service (CCS) is intending to set up a new contracting vehicle to support Public Sector Organisations in the provision of Skills and Learning. ● Commence market engagement activities with interested parties within the Skills and Learning supply market CCS intends to hold market engagement events during February / March 2024 with providers currently and / or interested in delivering Skills and Learning provisions to help develop the scope and operation of this new commercial agreement. .
