The LGA will run a new in person two-day training course for councillors during 2026/27, on the subject of devolution. We require a provider to design and create the programme and deliver the training.

During any extension period the Purchaser may procure additional services of a similar nature to those described within this Specification, including further Leadership Essentials cohorts, programme updates, supplementary workshops, evaluation activities and associated facilitation support. The extension shall be subject to: • satisfactory performance; • continued business need; • availability of funding; • agreement of any applicable pricing in accordance with the pricing provisions set out in the Contract.
