-one to one counselling/treatment sessions,

-advice to our internal wellbeing team

-drop in sessions for staff and officers

-provide wellbeing and mental health resilience coping strategies as well as wellbeing and mental health support to Officers

one to one sessions for officers

-advice and support on cases
