Published requirement description

Countess of Chester Hospital Commercial Procurement Services wishes to award a national framework

agreement for the provision of asset and contract lifecycle management services which will allow for

approach to contract management. This framework will specifically target the requirement for an end to

end outsourced lifecycle contract management solution spanning procurement, contract management and

service delivery management. Bidders will be required to demonstrate how their solution will increase

efficiency against traditional contract

What this means for your bid
  • Price carries 20 of 100 points: a 10% discount moves about 2 points. The method statement decides this lot, not the discount.
  • “National Framework for the Provision of Asset and Contract Lifecycle…” is a framework: the contest is a place on its panel, up to 1 suppliers, not a single contract.

Price arithmetic assumes straight proportional scoring; the tender pack may use another formula.
