- Economic & financial standing
Parent company or other guarantees may be required in certain circumstances. Further details will be in the tender documents.
- Technical & professional ability
The contracting authority reserves the right to require groupings of entities to take a particular form or to require one party to undertake primary legal liability or to require that each party undertakes joint and several liability.
- Price carries 70 points on every lot: a 10% discount moves about 7 points.
- “NHS Core Aprons” is a framework: the contest is a place on its panel, up to 20 suppliers, not a single contract.
Price arithmetic assumes straight proportional scoring; the tender pack may use another formula.
