Published justification: Not applicable. This procurement was conducted under the Procurement Act 2023 using the RISQS Qualifying Utilities Dynamic Market. Accordingly, there was no requirement for prior publication of a call for competition in the Official Journal of the European Union. The procurement was conducted in accordance with the applicable Procurement Act 2023 notice and competitive selection requirements.

Publisher note: The framework has been established with two suppliers for manual geotechnical monitoring services within Network Rail North West & Central Region. It is a non-exclusive, nil-commitment framework and no minimum value or volume of work is guaranteed. The maximum aggregate framework value is GBP 12,000,000 excluding VAT over the full potential term, including extension options. Contract Orders will be awarded in accordance with the framework terms.
