The Supplier shall provide the core requirements which shall include but not be limited to:

• Telephone Support Service for Managers
• Online Portal.
• Publicity and Promotion.
• Management Referrals
• Attendance Management Advice
• Attendance Management Reports.
• Case Conferences.
• Ill Health Retirement.
• Pre-Employment medicals
• Surveillance Services, including support with disease / infection outbreak management.
• Pre-employment Fitness for Task and Safety Critical Work Ser-vices:
• Periodic Medicals
• Return to work medicals where applicable
• Baseline Health Surveillance Assessments
• Workplace Assessments and Diagnostics (at request)

o Assessments Relating to Workplace Adjustments for Hearing and Sight Impairment.

o Support with Dyslexia Workplace Needs Assessments.

o Support with Autism Workplace Needs Assessment.

o Support with Dyspraxia Workplace Needs Assessment

o Support with ADHD Workplace Needs Assessment.

o Ergonomic Assessment and Display Screen Equipment (DSE) Assessments.

o Workplace Needs Assessment.

o Learning Difficulty Diagnosis.

• Education and Awareness Programmes
• Support with private therapy and medical referrals
• Service implementation

The total value of the contract will be dependent on the volume of services required throughout its term.
