This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award

The date of contract award is 1st April 2024 to 31st March 2025 The indicative lifetime value of the contract is £100,286. Conflicts of interest have been declare due to members of the organisation being employees of MCHT. They have no involvement in the management or activity that is undertaken in this contract on behalf of MCHT.
