The tender evaluated with the overall highest quality total score will be awarded the maximum 100% quality score available. All other tenders will be attributed a score equivalent to the percentage difference they are away from the highest quality total score evaluated.
  • Commercial Envelope (Pricing Schedules) : Pricing will be evaluated in accordance with your response your Commercial Response – Appendix 2 and Appendix 5 – Form of Tender. The tender with the lowest price will be awarded the maximum 100% price score available. All other tenders will be attributed a score equivalent to the percentage difference they are away from the lowest price received.
