This may be in the form of a single policy of £10m or a primary policy and one or more excess layers. Should the exact level of coverage required not be available from the initial submissions NI Water may request Economic Operators to refine their submissions or may award contracts for a different total coverage.

    Minimum: Providers must be able to demonstrate experience in the provision of Insurance and Risk Management and have a Credit Rating of at least A- from S&P or equivalent.
