Submissions in respect of Lots 1, 2, 3 and 5 will only be accepted from insurers regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) to underwrite insurance business in the UK.
Submissions in respect of Lot 4 will only be accepted from suppliers who are UKAS accredited to provide the relevant services.
- Economic & financial standing
Insurance: Bidders must hold, or commit to obtain prior to the commence of any subsequently awarded contract, the types and levels of insurance stated in the Contract Notice.
Credit Rating: Bidders in respect of Lots 1, 2, 3 and 5 must be rated at least “A minus (-)” with Standard & Poor's or equivalent rating with another ratings provider.
Minimum: Insurance: Employer’s (Compulsory) Liability Insurance = 5,000,000 (five million) GBP; Public Liability Insurance = 10,000,000 (ten million) GBP; and Professional Indemnity Insurance = 5,000,000 (five million) GBP. Credit Rating: Rated at least “A minus (-)” with Standard & Poor'…
