PQQ Description

ateb Group is proposing to select 5 contractors to progress to the tender stage.

In 2022 ateb purchased the former county library site in Haverfordwest with the aim of creating a new serviced office provision, community facility and cafe open to the public.

In the Summer of 2023 planning was granted for the change of use which will allow the next stage refurbishment to take place which will involve significant external changes via introduction of glazing and replacing of existing windows and roofs together with a major internal refurbishment and reconfiguration. Externally will involve the creation of an external hard surfaced carpark for circa 60 vehicles.

Greater details of the project and what it entails can be found on the planning documents in the appendix.

The intention is for the conversion to be non-fossil fuel heated, with the aim of achieving a commercial EPC A standard.
