A Prior Information Notice (PIN) was dispatched via Public Contracts Scotland (PCS) on 15 September 2022, with a request for interested parties to register their interest no later than 12 noon on 30 September 2022. 11 companies noted an interest by this specified closing date, and as part of market engagement for this opportunity, a questionnaire was issued to those same suppliers.
