Published requirement description

The Royal Household and a number of affiliated organisations (for ease, referred to as 'The Royal Household' here) have a requirement for the provision of a finance system, and associated services including implementation, training, and ongoing support. The Royal Household has been using its existing Finance Systems for more than 15 years, and migration to new software is required. The Royal Household is seeking to award a contract for software & implementation, with an initial five year term, to meet this requirement.

  • Price carries 20 of 100 points: a 10% discount moves about 2 points. The method statement decides this lot, not the discount.

Price arithmetic assumes straight proportional scoring; the tender pack may use another formula.
