Southend-on-Sea Borough Council is responsible for a significant public space CCTV surveillance, transport monitoring, civil enforcement, security, and access control operation which spans the borough.
The Council is seeking a single supplier to provide asset maintenance services and deliver enhancement projects.
Potential suppliers will demonstrate significant experience delivering similar operations and the successful supplier should expect a robust contract management regime which will focus on enhancing quality, resilience and the ability to scale the system up and down to meet the changing needs of the borough.
