- Change 3 month contract extension to the existing provision of personalised registration auction services contract which was due to expire on 30/06/2024., Need for modification brought about by circumstances which a diligent contracting authority/entity could not foresee: The Agency carried out a new procurement activity commencing late 2022 with the intention of awarding the new contract in October 2023. However due to unforeseen circumstances the procurement has been abandoned. Continuing with the same supplier until a new contract awarded is the lowest risk option for continuity of the Agency’s business as short timescales are required.
