Lot awarding rule: Quality (Pass/Fail basis) Any submissions which fail any of the Pass/Fail quality elements listed may be deemed to be considered unacceptable and the whole bid will not be further considered. Calculations will be to 2 decimal places. Price (100 marks) - The organisation with the lowest price overall will be given the maximum available marks.
- “Provision of Residual and Non-Residual Herbicides” is a framework: the contest is a place on its panel, not a single contract, and call-offs are awarded directly: getting appointed is the whole game.
