PURCH2085 PROVISION OF A PIVOTAL GLP PRECLINICAL SAFETY STUDY OF CELLULAR ATMP COMBINED WITH GRANULAR BONE GRAFT IN THEATRE FOR NON-UNION FRACTURE REPAIR

We require a research organisation to conduct a pivotal GLP preclinical safety study of cellular ATMP combined with a granular bone graft in theatre for non-union fracture repair. The results of this will be used towards a clinical trial application to be submitted via the UK MHRA.

We require testing of our ATMP in a long bone defect rat model to assess product viability, biodistribution and tumorgenicity. The work must start as soon as possible, so all responses must indicate availability.

Please refer to the ITT Final document for the full specification.
