A tender process was conducted to replace systems supporting their Vessel Traffic Services (VTS) operation. The functions to be supported include but are not limited to:
- Radar vessel tracking
- Movement processing
- Pilot tasking and scheduling
- Vessel database maintenance
- PEC support and tariff management
