Award criteria is based on a both technical/quality questions and pricing. These are weighted as follows: Technical/Quality Criteria: 80% Pricing Criteria: 20% The tenderer (subject to meeting the requirements of participation), with the highest combined weighted score and representing the most advantageous tender (MAT) will be awarded the contract.
