THIS IS A ZERO VALUE CONTRACT TO THE COUNCIL. This contract is for advice to be given to the resident free of charge, any installations will be a contract between the resident and the Contractor. The Contract will be direct awarded to 'Make My House Green' Additional information: It is the intention of the Council to direct award this contract for a period of 18 months with the option to extend to Make My House Green.
