Published justification: The contract was awarded following a further competition conducted under the Crown Commercial Service G-Cloud 14 Framework Agreement (RM1557.14), Lot 2 Cloud Software. AHDB conducted a further competition in accordance with the framework call-off procedure and awarded the contract to the supplier that submitted the most economically advantageous tender.
