Smart Data Foundry (SDF) require to extend the services currently provided under the contract SDF Design Agency, reference MT1016, to include Primary Customer Website, Aizle Product Website and Regional Intelligence Hub. The aforementioned websites proposed in the contract modification, were not included in the initial procurement and cannot be provided by another supplier due to the tightly coupled nature of the customer portal and websites., Need for additional works, services or supplies by the original contractor/concessionaire: The additional services proposed in the contract modification, were not included in the initial procurement and cannot be provided by another supplier due to the tightly coupled nature of the customer portal and websites. Appointing another contract for the aforementioned services would result in a duplication of costs for the University of Edinburgh. The increase in price to include the above services, does not exceed 50% of the initial contract value.
