Published requirement description

The Trust is looking for a Community electronic prescribing solution for use within a secondary care outpatient setting.

The solution needs to meet the following requirements

NHS England accredited for secondary care use of ePS – have achieved NHS England accreditation not going through the accreditation process
Paperless prescribing for FP10s
Directly linked with the spine
Potential for interoperability with EPRs
Smartcard authenticated
Ability for patients to nominate chosen community pharmacy
Formulary linked to Dictionary of medicines and devices (dm+d)
Formulary configurable
Ability to configure users, teams, departments, cost codes, specific to organisation
