Published award criteria (3)
- Quality: Assessment of the bidder’s proposed service delivery model, including experience and capability, staffing and qualifications, safeguarding arrangements, ability to meet rapid response timescales, quality assurance processes, and their approach to achieving positive educational outcomes for children and young people.
- Social Value: Assessment of the bidder’s contribution to social value outcomes, including support for local employment and skills, promoting equality and inclusion, community engagement, and improving long-term opportunities and outcomes for children and young people, particularly those who are vulnerable or care experienced.
- Price: Evaluation of the bidder’s pricing structure, including hourly rates and overall cost effectiveness in delivering the required services.
- Price carries 5 of 100 points: a 10% discount moves about 0.5 points. The method statement decides this lot, not the discount.
- “Specialist One to One Tuition Framework” is a framework: the contest is a place on its panel, up to 30 suppliers, not a single contract: call-offs may be direct or by further competition.
Price arithmetic assumes straight proportional scoring; the tender pack may use another formula.
