Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust has awarded a two year sub-contract via Direct Award A for Specialised Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services, general adolescent unit (GAU) including specialist eating disorder services with nasogastric (NG) tube feeding.
This is an existing service.
The sub-contract commenced on 1 April 2024 and will cease on 31 March 2026. The contract value of £1,002,561 is indicative, as all admissions are on a cost per case basis, including any exceptional packages of care.

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) confirmation of contract award notice. This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award.
The Contract has been awarded via Direct Award A of the PSR regulations as the Provider is the existing provider and there is no realistic alternative.
