Ofsted will comply with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended) and, where appropriate, will incorporate a standstill period (i.e. a minimum of 10 calendar days) at the point information on the award of contract is communicated to tenderers. That notification will provide full information on the award decision. This provides time for the unsuccessful tenderers to challenge the award decision before the contract is entered into.
Publisher note: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. Please note, the published contract value is for the initial 4 years only. The contract can be extended by a further period up to 24 months beyond Expiry Date. The 4-year value of the Call-Off Contract will be used as an indicator to estimate the value of any subsequent extension period should this be required under the Call-Off Contract.
